Tryout Registration

Please fill out the form below if you plan on attending the Mukwonago Muskies tryout on Sunday, July 30th from 11am-1, at Vernon Town Fields.  This tryout is open to anyone whose 13th birthday does not come before 5/1/2024. If you cannot make it to our tryout but are interested in joining the Muskies, please contact us! We are also planning an additional tryout in August.
